Renovation of an educational facility in Hinesville, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Liberty County School System is requesting bids for Liberty County High School Greenhouse Renovation under RFP 2021-14 by a firm authorized to do business in the State of Georgia. The Liberty County School System is requesting bids for Greenhouse Replacement at Liberty County High School. Project consists of renovation of an existing greenhouse and will include but is not limited to removal and replacement of existing exterior panels, light fixtures, irrigation system and ventilation systems. Liquidated damages amount: $500.00 Per day. Contractor granted access to start construction activities: July 14, 2021. Material Completion Date: September 29, 2021. All bidders must be authorized to do business in the state of Georgia. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
