Helen M. Plum Memorial Public Library District (HPL) is looking for perspective bidders interested in bidding on the upcoming project for the New Helen Plum Public Library (HPL), Lombard IL. HPL will be accepting sealed lump sum bids for Bid Package #1 which includes work for Partial Site Development work including the following: - BP#1-02 Building Demolition; BP#1-31 Earthwork; and BP#1-33 Site Utilities. Additional trade requirements will be out in the near future to complete the building & site work.
