Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Prospective bidders are advised that this is a unit price bid for the installation or removal and replacement of various concrete items, on an as-needed basis, throughout the entire Township, including: curb, sidewalk, curb ramps, gutter, and street pavement. Unit prices are to be provided for every bid item. Quantities contained in the Bid Proposal are for the purpose of obtaining unit prices and evaluation of bids. Actual quantities will vary from those contained in the Proposal. Bids must be made on the proposal form and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the Bidder, the Name and Bid Packet Number (21-02) of the project and addressed to Ms. Pamela Scott-Forman, Township Clerk. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashiers Check payable to the Township of Pennsauken for ten (10%) percent (not to exceed $20,000.00) of the total bid amount. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127, Affirmative Action Regulations. Bidders who are Partnerships or Corporations must comply with the provisions of P.L.1977, c.33, Disclosure of Ownership. This is a prevailing wage contract.
