We extend this proposal to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, testing instruments, software, computer programs and all other incidentals necessary to provide to perform full maintenance, services, and repairs for five (5) Hydraulic passenger elevators and three (3) Traction passenger elevators, at the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center located at 100 Dolhonde Street, Gretna, LA. The contract shall be for a two (2) year contract. Performance Bond: A performance bond in the amount of 100% of the total bid will be required. Performance bond shall be produced upon contract execution.
