Texas Charter Schools BASIS Benbrook Primary Campus and BASIS Pflugerville Campus BASIS Texas Charter Schools invites qualified firms to submit CM At-Risk proposals for construction services for two new BASIS Texas Charter Schools located in Benbrook, TX and Pflugerville, TX. The BASIS Benbrook Primary Campus Project consists of a new ground up K-5 single story building of approx. 42,633sf and related site work on a greenfield site that is approx. 6.6 gross acres on Vista Way in Benbrook, TX. The school will include classrooms, admin spaces, (2) multi-purpose rooms, an indoor playroom, an exercise room and an ICC500 storm shelter of approx. 5,960sf. The estimated cost of construction is $11 million dollars. The BASIS Pflugerville Campus Project includes construction of a new ground up K-12 two story building. The project will be built in two phases. This RFP is for PHASE I ONLY. Phase I will be grades K-8 and approx. 41,345sf. Phase I will include an elevator, stairs, classrooms, admin spaces, a multi-purpose room, an exercise room and related site work on a greenfield site that is approx. 11.5 acre on Wells Branch Parkway in Pflugerville, TX.
