Site work for a water / sewer project in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope: This project involves relocation of lighting, power and interconnect in coordination with AEP pole replacement/relocation to facilitate reconstruction of Hudson Street, and other such work as may be necessary to complete the contract, as set forth in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Notice of published addenda will be posted on the City's Vendor Services web site and all addenda will be posted on website. Classification: All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at website. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being prequalified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification. All questions concerning this project are to be sent to capitalprojects@columbus.gov. The last day to submit questions is April 8, 2021; phone calls will not be accepted. Responses will be posted on website as an addendum.
