For Nobadeer Field House Construction The Town of Nantucket invites qualified bidders to submit bids for the construction of a new field house at the Nobadeer playing fields, 7 Nobadeer Farm Road, Nantucket, MA. The scope of work is for the construction of a new Field House and associated supporting infrastructure. The project includes construction of a complete pre-engineered timber-framed building to serve the existing playing field complex, including an open multi-purpose space, public toilet facilities, utility room and covered porch. The site development work will include, but is not limited to, earthwork, grading, drainage, on-site sanitary disposal, paving and landscaping The selected contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as stipulated in Section 00 72 00 GENERAL CONDITIONS of these specifications.
