AIA Document A701, 2018 Edition, is hereby made a part of this Project Manual and has been included in its entirety, following this section, for reference. B. Supplementary Instructions have been edited and inserted into this document. Locations of modifications to the original are indicated in the left margin. C. The 'Invitation to Bid' Document has been included in its entirety in Section 00 41 00. Bidders must submit completed form. If included document is in draft form, an official form will be furnished by the Owner and Architect via Addendum. D. Responsible 'Contractor Verification and Compliance' form has been included in its entirety, in Section 00 41 05, following the Invitation to Bid Form. Bidders must submit completed form with the Invitation to Bid Form as required by Minn. Stat 16C.285. E. Attachments A-1 and A-2 are Supplements to Responsible Contractor 'Verification and Compliance' Form as required by Minn. Stat 16C.285 . Forms have been included in their entirety, in Section 00 41 10, following the Invitation to Bid Form. 1. Bidders must submit a completed form A-1 with the Invitation to Bid Form as required by the 'Contractor Verification and Compliance' form. 2. Successful bidders must submit a completed form A-2 when appropriate as required by the 'Contractor Verification and Compliance' form. F. The provisions and requirements of this document shall apply to all Bidders and Subbidders. Schedule work completion to not exceed $1,800,000 (One Million Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars) during Construction Work Period #1. The remaining work must be completed during Construction Work Period #2. Reference Section 01 02 00 Milestone Schedule for the dates included in each Construction Work Periods. Questions and clarifications must be presented during the pre-bid meeting or in writing to the Architect by email no later than Friday, April 23 at 2:00 PM.
