The PHINNEY PARK TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT is located between Avenue C and US Business 169 adjacent to the Des Moines River in Fort Dodge, Iowa. The project consists of approximately 1255 SY HMA shared-use path, 1940 SY modified subbase, 444 CY of Class 13 Excavation, 105 SY PCC sidewalk, 20 SF detectable warnings, 14 LF removal of curb, together with seeding, traffic control, erosion and sediment controls and related work. Work on the improvement shall be commenced any time after the after a written Notice to Proceed isissued, as early as May 17, 2021, and no later than July 26, 2021 and shall be completed as stated below. Thework may proceed after a preconstruction conference is scheduled
