Saving Project...

Renovation of a municipal facility in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Project consists of providing power and instrumentation to all new equipment being installed within the H, I, and D Mills. Owner furnished equipment to include, but is not limited to, make up air units, filters, purifiers, fans, motors, roller mills, sifters, conveyors, bucket elevators, color sorters, milling equipment, as well as contractor furnished and installed screw feeders, bucket elevators, and drag conveyors. Power to all new equipment within the H and I Mills will be provided via existing 480/277V utility transformers, new 480/277V service entrance distribution equipment, and new MCCs within rooms on the first, third, and sixth floors. Instrumentation will be provided via control panels within each MCC room. Power at the H & I Mill Cleaning House and D Mill will be provided via existing MCCs. Instrumentation to these areas will be provided via new control panel and the Cleaning House and existing control panel at the D Mill. Other electrical work includes lighting, fire alarm extensions, horn system extensions, low voltage panels and transformers, MCC room cooling systems, and all accessories required for complete electrical service. The project shall be bid as a single prime contractor of the electrical discipline. The prime electrical contractor shall subcontract all other construction trades.
