A Bid guaranty is not required for this project. Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be required. The City may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids or to waive any specification or requirement upon a finding of the City that it is in the public interest to do so.
