Reference number : 1469757 Review Title : Professional services engineering works supervision - Repair of North and South Commercial Street Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-04-06 City of Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac is requesting tenders in order to retain professional engineering services related to the supervision of the work for the repair project of Rue Commerciale Nord and Sud . This project is the subject of financial assistance within the framework of the Municipal Water Infrastructure Fund (FIMEAU) program. Tenderers may obtain the tender documents on the Electronic Tendering System website at the website, by paying the stipulated costs. Other requirements The responsibility of the City of Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac is in no way engaged because any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system could contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders notice. Tenderers must, on the date of submission of their tender: Hold an authorization to contract, issued by the Public Procurement Authority (AMP); Not be registered in the Register of companies not eligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if they are registered, have completed their period of ineligibility for public contracts; Hold a valid Certificate from Revenu Québec (ARQ). The City does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders presented and reserves the right to accept a tender in whole or in part or to reject all the tenders received and to make, if it deems it appropriate, a new submission request. The City declines all responsibility with regard to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. It does not undertake any obligation of any kind towards the tenderer (s). The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
