This project is the subject of financial assistance within the framework of the Municipal Water Infrastructure Fund (FIMEAU) program. Tenderers may obtain the tender documents on the Electronic Tendering System website at the website, by paying the stipulated costs. Other requirements The responsibility of the City of Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac is in no way engaged because any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system could contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, all tenderers must ensure that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders notice. Tenderers must, on the date of submission of their tender: Hold an authorization to contract, issued by the Public Procurement Authority (AMP); Not be registered in the Register of companies not eligible for public contracts (RENA) or, if they are registered, have completed their period of ineligibility for public contracts; Hold a valid Certificate from Revenu Québec (ARQ).
