Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Sealed bids will be received in the presence of the City Engineer or the designated representative at the Eden Prairie City Center, 8080 Mitchell Road, Eden Prairie, Minnesota, 55344 for the furnishing of all labor and materials and all else necessary for the placement of approximately 35,000 tons of bituminous mill and overlays, underseal and reclamation. Each bid submitted must be accompanied by a bid bond naming the City of Eden Prairie as obligee, Surety2000 or certified check payable to the City of Eden Prairie or a cash deposit in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the total amount of the bid, which shall be forfeited to the City in the event that the bidder fails to enter into a contract. The City Council reserves the right to retain the deposits of the three lowest bidders for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids. No bids will be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening bids. Payment for the work will be by cash or check. The Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and further reserves the right to award the contract(s) to the best interests of the City.
