Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Bowling Green, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 138,600-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project is to demolish and remove Tate Page Hall located on the main campus of Western Kentucky University in its entirety including footers/foundations and existing underground utility piping. The building is of concrete or frame construction originally built in 1970 consisting of 138,600 total gross square feet on four levels (one on-grade with three elevated levels). The building is slab on grade. Questions regarding this RFP/BID must be received in online before 3:30 p.m. on 4/19/21. The project shall be completed on or before June 30, 2021. All debris shall be removed from the site and disposed of at an approved landfill fully permitted to accept construction debris. All loads shall be fully manifested and copies of same shall be submitted to the owner.
