Each submission must be placed in a sealed envelope bearing the following mention: Submission 2021 SP 325 Replacement of the aqueduct and extension of the sanitary sewer - Lakeview sector, phase I THIS REQUEST MAY BE SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC CONTRACTING ACT. ACCORDING TO THE THRESHOLDS PROVIDED FOR BY LAW, THE TENDERER (FIRM OR GROUP OF FIRMS) WHO SUBMITS A REQUEST MUST HAVE AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AUTHORITY IN ORDER TO ENTER INTO A PUBLIC CONTRACT OR SUB-CONTRACTING. IF AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED BY THE INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC CONTRACTS ACT AND IT IS FAILED TO BE HELD AT THE TIME OF FILING THIS APPLICATION, THIS APPLICATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED. Ville de Gatineau is not bound to accept either the one with the highest score or any of the tenders received or to incur any obligation or any costs towards the tenderer(s).
