Renovation of a museum in Brunswick, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Bid Award: May 25, 2021 6:00pm The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified firms with expertise in historic restoration. Contractor shall provide quotes for the historic restoration of the facade in accordance with Architectural plans attached as Bid Set 1_15_21. Payment is only for work as completed (no initial payments or payments for stored materials). Proposals must include a complete description of costs to complete the requested scope of work. Proposals must give the number of calendar days to complete the Scope of Work after the Notice to Proceed. Contractor will be required to apply for and obtain any necessary building permits prior to beginning any work.
