Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Redlands, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work consists of resurfacing various streets throughout the City. Resurfacing methods include slurry sealing (type II), pulverization, and grind & overlay. Asphalt overlay will be the conventional asphalt. All necessary striping will be replaced. The scope of work also includes removal and replacement of curb & gutter, driveway approach, sidewalk, and cross gutter as necessary; protecting in place all existing utilities, trees, and public and private improvements; pavement striping and restriping; replacing destroyed survey monuments; disposing of excess soil and rock material and restoring all areas and improvements to pre-construction conditions. Scope of work also includes replacement of sewer pipelines.
