Site work and paving for a road / highway in Friedensburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This advertisement is for a Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat Contract involving the following municipalities: Wayne Township, West Brunswick Township and South Manheim Township All materials must meet Penn DOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. Bidders for the 2021 Multi-Municipal Bituminous Seal Coat proposal must be Penn DOT prequalified and must supply proof of prequalification. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Proposal forms, specifications and bid information can be obtained at the Township Municipal Building at the above address or by calling Kathy Wanamaker at (570) 739-2629 ext. 10. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total bid made payable to Wayne Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. Each individual municipality will need to review and approve their respective portion of the bid before their individual portion is awarded. Wayne Township, West Brunswick Township and South Manheim Township Boards of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township
