Building N: Remove and replace existing gutters with new 6 stainless steel gutters (20 ga) and new stainless steel brackets. Replace existing metal downspouts (Schedule 40 PVC pipes) and reuse gutter leader boxes. NOTE: The downspouts on the backside of this building (facing the track and football field) which is running through the building over hang shall remain in place. Building HH: Remove and replace existing gutters with new 6" stainless steel gutters (20 ga) and new stainless steel brackets. Replace existing metal downspouts (Schedule 40 PVC pipes) and reuse gutter leader boxes. NOTE: The downspouts on the backside of this building (facing the track and football field) which is running through the building over hang shall remain in place. o The size of all of the new gutters shall match the existing. NOTE: The gutters for Building N shall match the gutters for Building HH. Anticipated Start Date: Monday, August 1, 2022. Anticipated Completion Date: Friday September 30, 2022. This award is subject to the availability of funds. The State reserves the right to cancel this RFQ and/or reject any and all offers in whole or in part when it is determined to be in the best interest of the State. Performance Bond is required for projects over $50,000. ALL contractors shall follow the current Department of Labor and Industrial Relations Prevailing Wages. WARRANTY A two (2) year guarantee on workmanship and materials shall be given in writing and effective from the date of project acceptance. This shall be in addition to the manufacturers warranty and shall cover any damages that were incurred during the duration of this project and any failures due to workmanship and/or materials
