Said Bid Security shall be payable without condition to Carson City as a guarantee that the Bidder, if awarded the Contract, will promptly execute such Contract in accordance with the Bid Proposal and, in the manner and form required by the Bid Document, and will furnish the required PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT bonds.
