SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATES: Phase 1 - Asphalt Track and Field Events Pavement - August 1, 2021 Phase 2 - Synthetic Track and Field Surfacing - December 1, 2022 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE: Phase 1 - Asphalt Track and Field Events Pavement - May 1, 2021 - August 1, 2021 Phase 2 - Synthetic Track and Field Surfacing - December 1, 2021 - March 1, 2022 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Substantial Completion: Contractor shall pay Owner $400.00 for each day that expires after the time (as duly adjusted pursuant to the Contract) specified in Paragraph 4.02.A above for Substantial Completion until the Work is substantially complete.
