As of June 8, 2021 Kidston and Olivio Towers Interior and Plumbing Renovations are out to bid. Bids are due June 10th at 10am: The work consists of replacement of faade metal spandrel, installation of exterior ADA compliant handrail, removal of windows and installation of new windows and/or doors, HVAC sleeve replacement, HVAC replacement and needed drywall repair at units, replacement of kitchen and bathroom exhaust system and drywall repair, new garage door and access ramp and landing, and railing, located at 635 West Ave. at 6th St., Ocean City, NJ 08226. No award of the contract will be made at the bid opening. Substitution requests must be made in writing by Thursday, April 21, 2021, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Thursday, April 21, 2020. Contract length is 120 calendar days. Bidding will commence on Tuesday, March 30, 2021. Bidder's proposals must be accompanied by an intent to bond letter stating the single project capacity as well as an aggregate capacity. A surety company satisfactory to the Owner and qualified to do business in New Jersey shall certify each intent to bond. This invitation to bid supersedes any provision of the instruction to Bidders that conflict with the provisions hereof. The non-collusion forms and non-default forms included with the bidding documents must be properly completed and must accompany all bids. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date.
