Renovation of a multi-residential development in Vineland, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

**As of August 3, 2021, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work consists of replacement domestic water filtration system, plumbing stacks, access panels, renovation of unit bathrooms and community toilet rooms, restroom accessibility upgrades, replacement of lighting fixtures, ceiling panels at ground floor, and valve replacements, located at 1040 and 1044 E Landis Avenue, Vineland, NJ 0360. Bids Are Invited on a Lump Sum Basis for the Following Prime Contracts Contract 1 General Construction Substitution requests must be made in writing by Tuesday, July 6, 2021, 11:00 am, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Tuesday, July 6, 2021, 11:00 am. Contract length is 18-months. Bidding will commence on Monday, June 28, 2021. Bidders proposals must be accompanied by an intent to bond letter stating the single project capacity as well as an aggregate capacity. A surety company satisfactory to the Owner and qualified to do business in New Jersey shall certify each intent to bond. This invitation to bid supersedes any provision of the instruction to Bidders that conflict with the provisions hereof. The non-collusion forms and non-default forms included with the bidding documents must be properly completed and must accompany all bids. All proposals shall be irrevocable for sixty (60) days after bid opening date. Vineland Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any or all irregularities, defects, errors, omissions, mistakes or irregularities in proposals, informalities relative thereto, to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to make awards as may be deemed in its best interest. The undersigned Bidder proposes and agrees hereby to commence the Work of the Contract Documents on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed to be issued by Owner, and shall fully complete the Work within 18 calendar months.
