SCHEDULE A - PROJECT NO. 2160020 - CENTRAL PARK COMMUNITY CENTER ROOF REPLACEMENT: This project consists of the removal and replacing of approximately 33,600 Square Feet, more or less, of roof at 1500 S Main St Broken Arrow, OK 74012. SCHEDULE B - PROJECT NO. 1853170 - STREET & STORMWATER ROOF REPLACEMENT: This project consists of the removal and replacing of approximately 17,200 Square Feet, more or less, of roof at 2302 S 1st Place, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. SCHEDULE C - PROJECT NO. 2017040 - CITY HALL SOUTH END ROOF REPLACEMENT: This project consists of the removal and replacing of approximately 14,200 Square Feet, more or less, of roof at 220 S 1st St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. SCHEDULE D - PROJECT NO. 2117040 - MILITARY MUSEUM ROOF REPLACEMENT: This project consists of the removal and replacing of approximately 7,200 Square Feet, more or less, of roof at 112 N Main St Broken Arrow, OK 74012. SCHEDULE E - PROJECT NO. 2135010 - FIRE STATION #1 ROOF REPLACEMENT: This project consists of the removal and replacing of approximately 5,800 Square Feet, more or less, of roof at 120 W Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012. Contract time for the project shall be One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days. As a Proposal Guarantee, a certified check, cashier's check, bid bond or irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured financial institution as required by law must accompany each Proposal for an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total Bid made payable, without reserve, to the City of Broken Arrow. The successful Bidder must, within ten (10) days after receiving notice of award, furnish a Performance Bond, Statutory Bond and Maintenance Bond in the forms prescribed by City of Broken Arrow in the amounts equal to the Contract price. The acceptance and award of this Bid will be considered by the Broken Arrow City Council. The City of Broken Arrow reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. Project will be awarded to the responsible Bidder with the lowest base bid or lowest combined base and additive alternate bids, if any, which is most advantageous to the City of Broken Arrow. Applicable additive alternates, if any, will be determined at the City of Broken Arrow's discretion.
