The scope of work generally includes preparation of: preliminary design, design development, bid documents, and bidding/construction support services for Public Works competitive bidding. Ancillary work includes construction cost estimating, schedule monitoring, public outreach efforts, preparation of reports and recommendations, and project management. The environmental needs assessment and document preparation has been completed for the project. The project is funded through Active Transportation Program (ATP) State fund. Consultants must be familiar with the typical processes, forms, and timelines required of California Transportation Committee (CTC) approval of the fund allocation for the project.
