Site work and renovation of a residential development in Temperance, Michigan. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This project consists of all necessary labor, equipment, tools, and materials to demolish and remove from site existing masonry patio walls and foundations where possible or practical and construct new vinyl privacy fences in the same location. At the conclusion of this project the contractor is expected to return any disturbed earth and grasses back to pre-construction activities. Also, as a part of this project, electrical switch boxes and electrical meters attached to the existing masonry patio walls will need to be supported during the demolition of the wall and permanently re-installed in the same location with slotted metal channel framing. The Contract Period is established at 90 calendar days from signing of contract. Each bidder shall visit the job site or sites and review the conditions to satisfy himself that these drawings and specifications are accurate. If any discrepancies are discovered, the Architect should be notified at least 72 hours prior to bid opening. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete.
