Replacement of Bridge Structure No. A3.3 on East Broad Street (C.R. 543) (AKA River Road) over Pompeston Creek, Borough of Riverton and Township of Cinnaminson, Burlington County New Jersey (CEG-21-0011-C). The project involves the demolition of the existing concrete bridge, the construction of a new 57 foot long, one span prestressed concrete beam bridge and the reconstruction of 200 L.F of roadway. The County assumes no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. Prequalification: All bidders must be prequalified with the N.J.D.O.T. Work Classification 4 OR 5, with N.J.D.O.T. The prequalification shall be valid at the time bids are opened. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the total lump sum bid amount, but not in excess of $20,000.00 in accordance with N.J.A.C. 16:44-7.3 (e). Certified checks or cashier's checks are to be drawn to the order of "The Treasurer of Burlington County". The Consent of Surety must be on the form provided in the Bid Documents. Pursuant to P.L. 1977, c.33, the successful bidder shall furnish and deliver a performance bond in the full amount (100%) of the total contract price within ten (10) days of the date of contract award.
