Site work and paving for a road / highway in Port Charlotte, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Charlotte County is soliciting proposals from a qualified professional, engineering/consulting firm to design and permit a new fourlane divided roadway to include sidewalks and bike lanes known as Flamingo/Edgewater Widening. There will not be a Pre-Submittal Conference for this project. Any questions can be answered by contacting Carole A. The County reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals, to waive irregularities and technicalities, and to request resubmission. Any sole response received the first submission date may or may not be rejected by the County, depending on available competition and timely needs of the County. The County shall be the sole judge of the proposal and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest, and its decision shall be final. Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this point of time.
