Site work for a municipal facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Clearing and grubbing, intermediate soil cover, 4-foot thick evapotransporative soil cover, vertical landfill gas extraction wells, and landfill gas collection and control system. Bidders are advised that information affecting drawings, specifications, conditions, Scope of Work, etc., may be discussed. OWNER assumes no obligation to disclose information discussed at the pre-bid conference to Bidders who do not attend. Absent Bidders assume all risk of failure to attend. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
