Site work and paving for a fitness / recreation center in North Saanich, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for paving for a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.
Construction of a new accessible multi-sport court for the Panorama Recreation Centre. Scope of work includes 13,200 square feet of outdoor hoops, nets, play areas and bleachers provided by Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities and local Canadian Tire Dealers. TIMELINE: Planning is ongoing. A consultant has been hired to to provide a Class D estimate on the site preparation required for Panorama's portion of the project. Tender for Site Grading Construction was publicly tendered and awarded to Five Star Paving Co. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
