Remove & Replace approx. 1,320 LF of 15", 18" & 24" RCP Storm Sewer & Base 2. Remove & Replace approx. 4,400 SY of Full Depth Pavement 3. Remove & Replace approx. 2,500 CY of Soil on Top of Storm Sewer Pipe 4. Remove & Replace approx. 2,300 LF of 2'-6" Concrete Curb & Gutter 5. Remove & Replace approx. 215 SY of Concrete Driveway 6. Remove & Replace approx. 310 SY of Concrete Sidewalk With request for Bidding Documents supply the following information: Company name, contact person, street address, and phone and fax numbers for Bidding office; N. C. contractor's license with limitation and classification; indicate if the firm will be a Bidder, Supplier or Sub-Contractor. Bidders will be required to show evidence that they are licensed to perform the work in the Bidding Documents as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87 and the Instructions to Bidders. Bid Security in the amount of five percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders.
