Funding for detailed design and construction has yet to be approved. Further update may be available in 2026. *Prime Consultant & Structural Engineer is Entuitive. Project design team also includes Grimshaw, Dub Architects, O2 Planning + Design, schlaich bergermann partner sbp, and Scheffer Andrew Ltd. *A contact at the owner has not been released for publication.
