Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Greenville, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The City of Greenville is requesting bids for the refurbishment of the South Main Street Bridge. The project includes but is not limited to concrete repair, joint selants, and concrete coating. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of FIVE PERCENT (5%) of the bid made payable to the City of Greenville will be required to accompany each bid. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required of the successful bidder after acceptance of offer by the City. The deadline for questions is 2:00 p.m., April 21, 2021. Questions regarding the bid may be sent to mdiaz@greenvillesc.gov. Substantial Completion. Contractor shall have 180 CALENDAR DAYS to achieve Substantial Completion of the Project after commencement. Final Completion. Contractor shall have 30 CALENDAR DAYS to achieve Final Completion after the date of Substantial Completion. City adopts the State of South Carolinas goal for participation of M/WBEs: 10% of annual controllable procurement expenditures, which are defined as agreements between the City and its contractors to provide or procure labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and services to, for, or on behalf of the City.
