Question Acceptance Deadline 04/16/2021 06:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online No The City of Fort Collins is seeking responses from responsible and responsive CM/GCs to assist with the final design and construction phases of the Environmental Learning Center (ELC) Flow Restoration Project, a riverine construction project on the Cache la Poudre River. The selected Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) will assist the design team with cost estimating, construction methods, construction sequencing and scheduling and other constructability considerations during designs and issued by a Work Order. The CM/GC will be part of the design team and will be compensated for this participation based on the pre-construction price submitted in their proposal. The selected CM/GC team will join a collaborative team, which includes City Project Managers, staff, and the Design Consultant, at the 60% design phase. Final design and construction components, including, but not limited to, constructability, scheduling and cost estimation, require the CM/GC's invaluable input to contribute to project success.
