Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Mankato, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Reconstruction of the existing Championship soccer field and construction of a new soccer field at Caswell North Soccer Complex in North Mankato. Work generally includes site demolition and removals, earthwork, storm sewer, concrete curbing and pavement, fencing, irrigation, miscellaneous site electrical, field equipment, seeding, site restoration and other work as shown on the Construction Drawings and described in the Project Manual dated March 29, 2021 A. It is anticipated that construction may start on or about July 5, 2021. B. Access to and into the site shall be maintained throughout the project for emergency and related personnel. A. Substantial Completion 1. September 24, 2021 B. Final Completion 1. October 1, 2021 A. Soil Consultants Report: 1. Soil test borings were conducted at the site by an independent soil testing laboratory, refer to the Drawings for locations. The logs of these borings and related soil test reports are included within the Project Manual for Contractor's reference. B. Engineer and Owner's Disclaimer: 1. Soil investigation data bound within this Project Manual is for informational purposes only. Neither the Engineer nor Owner assume responsibility for its accuracy. Because borings cover a relatively small area of each construction site, this information is not necessarily typical of entire site.
