As of January 28, 2022, a general contractor was awarded and construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Advertisement for Bids Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hanna will receive sealed Bids for the Old Town Water System Rehabilitation Project, Phase 1. The scope of work shall consist of the installation of approximately 3,500 lineal feet of 8" and 6" waterline as well as all necessary fittings, valves, fire hydrants, and appurtenances. Water services and meter pits will also be replaced throughout the project area. Please refer to the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, and Contract Documents for further information regarding bidding procedures, bonding and insurance requirements, minimum qualifications, and submittal instructions. The governing body of Hanna reserves the right to reject all bids or responses in accordance with W.S. 15-1-113. Work shall be substantially completed within ninety (90) calendar days from the date when Contract Times commence to Substantial Completion. *The engineer will not release a plan holders list. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff.
