Description

Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

A Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the maximum amount bid is required to be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to submit within the time limit specified in the Contract Documents, the Performance Bond and Payment Bond each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Gateway Park Plaza location (229 N Broad St. Doylestown, PA 18902) on April 7, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to wave any informality in the bids. Requests for clarification are due Tuesday, April 13, 2021 12:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)].
