**As of February 15, 2022, This project has been awarded to Unity Landscape Design Build with the awarded amount of $134,633.36. ** Circuit Courthouse Landscape Enhancement, for the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The site is located at 200 North Commerce Street, Centreville, MD 21617. The Work consists of the construction of an American with Disabilities Act (ADA)-compliant walkway providing connection to the Queen Anne's County Circuit Court and remediation of inadequate drainage upon the adjacent Health Department through installation of drainage beds and drywells. The majority of the Work will take place at the Queen Anne's County Circuit Courthouse and includes also the installation of new landscaping and the design & installation of an irrigation system. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted in writing only, to the ENGINEER, Lee E. Bid Security is required to be submitted with the bid in accordance with the General Conditions. Completed Conflict of Interest Disclosure & Employment of Aliens Statement is required to be submitted with the bid. Failure to submit these with the bid shall deem the bid non-responsive. Bidders are directed to the provisions of the Instructions to Bidders for additional information governing the bidding process. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Bids are to remain open for 60 days. The number of days within which the Work is to be completed (the Contract Time) is set forth here and in the Agreement. The Work shall be Substantially Completed not later than 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. The CONTRACTOR shall attain Final Completion within 15 calendar days of the issuance of Substantial Completion.
