Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; road / highway; and for outdoor lighting for a road / highway.

Work included under this contract consists of underground trenching and backfilling for electric service, complete power and lighting systems, including conduit, wiring, boxes, panels, and fixtures and devices, miscellaneous earthwork related to the installation of electrical contract work, furnishing and installing selected site lighting and appurtenances along the Connector Trail within Point State Park, and other associated work as indicated on the Contract Drawings. Submit questions regarding the technical specifications and/or the drawings to Prasadu Penjendra, P.E. at ppenjendra@ccjm.com. All other questions shall be directed to the Construction Management Section at RA-NRFDC CONTRACTING@pa.gov. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or cashiers check drawn to the order of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or a Bid Bond on the Departments Bid Bond Form, executed by the bidder and a Surety Company) of at least ten percent (10%) of the total bid price as a guaranty. Where security is required, failure to submit the guaranty with the bid may be cause for rejection. The bidder shall furnish security of the type specified in the Bid Form. To furnish all labor, equipment and materials, and to obtain all permits and licenses and to do and perform all work in a substantial and workmanlike manner, in accordance with the General Conditions for Construction. The right is reserved, as the interests of the Commonwealth may require, to revise or amend the Bid Documents prior to the date set for opening of bids. Such revisions will be announced by Addenda to the Bid Documents. Copies of all Addenda issued will be sent to all parties receiving copies of the Bid Documents. It may be required to have a copy of all Addenda signed and attached to the Bid Form. The Addenda are effective upon receipt and evidence of delivery may also be established by use of the postal receipt for certified mail. If your bid has been delivered prior to receiving an Addendum, faxed notification of revisions of bid or notification of receipt of Addendum will be acceptable. Be certain your bid guaranty, if required, is adequate.
