Reclaim, shape and pave. INSURANCE: Proof of insurance is required certificates issued by the insurance carrier showing Vehicular, Workers' Compensation and Comprehensive General Liability Insurance policies in fore for the specified period. The Contractor shall hold harmless, indemnify and defend the Town of St. Lawrence officials, employees and agents from any and all liability claims, losses or damage arising or alleged to arise from the performance of the work described herein, but not including the sole negligence of the "Town of St. Lawrence Officials". BIDDING PROCEDURE: All bidders must submit in a sealed envelope identified as "ROAD PROJECT #1, 2, or 3 ".
