TIMELINE: Contract for architectural consulting services to complete conceptual design was awarded to the consortium of architects: Yelle Maillé/ GLCRM/ L'Atelier following request for proposals # 44532460 / Reference number: 1800620. Contract for engineering consulting services to complete conceptual design was awarded to the consortium of engineers: Stantec - Tetra Tech following request for proposals # 44532461 / Reference number: 1853359. Tender call for preparatory work is scheduled for Q2 2026. Preparatory construction work is expected to start in Q3 2026. Further update in mid-/late spring-early summer, 2026. Q2 - the period of time between April and June. Q3 - the period of time between July and September. The global budget of the project is $2,500,000,000.
