Renovation of a medical facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Bidder questions will be accepted until 2:00 PM CST, April 14, 2021, and should be submitted electronically to Jordan Dixon at SLA Architects. A completed Security Bond made payable to the City of Wichita Falls in the amount of 5% of the proposal amount must accompany each proposal as a guarantee that the Proposer, if successful, will enter the contract and provide bonds in accordance with requirements of the Contract Documents. No Proposer may withdraw his proposal within 30 days after the proposal opening date. The successful Proposer will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of the proposal amount written by a responsible surety company authorized to do business in the State of Texas. All received proposals will be retained by the City of Wichita Falls. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or the right to waive all technicalities. Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes properly identified as to the proposal on the outside. Any response received after the time and date listed above, regardless of the mode of delivery, shall be returned unopened.
