This project is included in the Ohio's University FY 2023-2028 Capital Improvement Program. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. The closed solicitation has been included below for reference. Ohio University is looking to replace medium voltage aging switchgear in the Old Heating Plant. The Old Heating Plant serves as a critical location in the campus electrical distribution system. The building contains distribution locations for both electric and district steam. The building envelope should be assessed and recommendations provided as part of this project.
