Contractor shall remove three (3) existing overhead doors, tracks, springs and motors. Contractor shall install at the front of the Station three (3) new insulated aluminum full view clear annealed glass overhead doors with red powder coat finish. Installation of doors will include 3 new red powder coat finish commercial overhead insulated doors with aluminum full view clear annealed glass , new 6”low headroom track, U-shaped vinyl bottom weather seal/sensing edge secured by a sturdy aluminum retainer, jamb seals around 3 sides of the exterior of each door, commercial springs, new motor operators to include remotes and all necessary commercial grade hardware to install the overhead doors to include hanging brackets to secure tracks to the steel beams. Contractor shall install 6 Safety sensors mounted 24” above the concrete on the track rails. Contractor shall remove two (2) existing overhead doors, tracks, springs, and motors. Install two new steel sectional insulated doors with one section panel of clear annealed glass, white powder coat finish. Installation of doors will include new white powered coated doors, 6” low headroom tracks, U-shaped vinyl bottom weather seal/sensing edge secured by a sturdy aluminum retainer, jamb seal around 3 sides of the exterior doors, commercial springs, new motor operators to include remotes and all necessary commercial grade hardware to install the overhead doors to include hanging brackets to secure tracks to steal beams. The two new doors are to match the existing 3rd door that is not being replaced. Photos of the existing door are included at the end of this IFB.Double hinges to be installed on each roller assembly on the rear bay doors. Contractor shall install 4 Safety sensors mounted 24” above the concrete on the track rails. Contractor shall install 2 safety sensor on 1 remaining rear station door mounted 24” above the concrete
