The City of Colorado Springs and Pikes Peak Rural Transportatiion Authority requests Time and Material (T&M) proposals, as detailed in this Request for Proposal (RFP), for Design Services for Fontanero Street and 31st Street Intersection Improvements. This will be a qualifications-based RFP. Price will not be considered a factor in selecting the most qualified firm. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. All bonds under this Contract shall include the City and the PPRTA as Obligees. The performance period for the project detailed in this RFP will be established as 12 months from the issuance of a notice to proceed. Questions about the RFP must be submitted electronically.
