Document 00 43 70 - Subcontractor Work Listing and Document 00 89 00b - Women and Minority Business Enterprise Commitment Plan Form shall be completed and submitted with the Bid or within one (1) hour after the published bid submittal time. 2. This project will address roofproblems and remedy deficiencies within the facility, which consist of; Anthony's Restaurant, Bell Harbor International Conference Center and the Bell Street Cruise Terminal. The project will require upgrades and roof overlays to extend the life of the roof, including but not limited too; new membrane and waterproofing, coating of existing roof metals, repair to penetrations and gutters and upgrades to various architectural, features. The work area is located on the West side ofAlaskan Way at 2221 Alaskan Way, Seattle, WA 981.21. Site Walk attendees further agree to indemnify, and hold harmless, the Port and its agents from any and all claims of personal injury arising from participation ofthe site tour. The actual times will be arranged by the Contract Administrator. PPE Requirements: Hard hat, safety glasses, safety vest, steel toe boots, lanyard and fall protection harness, safety gloves and face covering. Site Walk Location: 2201 Alaskan Way al: the Plaza between Anthony's Restaurant and Bell Harbor International Conference Center. The Engineer's estimate range for this project is $1.1 - $1.7 Mil.
