LINDEN BOARD OF EDUCATION LEGAL NOTICE/ADVERTISEMENT The Linden Board of Education will receive sealed bids for: SCHOOL NOS. 4 & 5 CAFETERIA EQUIPMENT on TUESDAY, APRIL 20, 2021 AT 11:00 A.M. at the Office of the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Administration Building, 2 E. Gibbons Street, Linden, NJ 07036-2951. Bidders must comply with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law, N.J.P.L. 1977, c.33. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and P.L. 2004, c.57 State Contract Business Registration Program.
