LINDEN BOARD OF EDUCATION LEGAL NOTICE/ADVERTISEMENT The Linden Board of Education will receive sealed bids for: SCHOOL NOS. 4 & 5 CAFETERIA EQUIPMENT on TUESDAY, APRIL 20, 2021 AT 11:00 A.M. at the Office of the Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Administration Building, 2 E. Gibbons Street, Linden, NJ 07036-2951. Bidders must comply with the provisions of the Public Disclosure Law, N.J.P.L. 1977, c.33. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and P.L. 2004, c.57 State Contract Business Registration Program. Copies of the specifications and complete bid package may be obtained by emailing twilliams@lindenps.org at the Office of the Business Administrator, Linden Board of Education, Administration Building, 2 E. Gibbons Street, Linden, NJ 07036-2951, between the hours 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Any questions regarding the bid requirements must be submitted in writing and addressed to the attention of Ms. Kathleen A. Gaylord, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, Linden Board of Education, Administration Building, 2 E. Gibbons Street, Linden, NJ 07036-2951. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Office of the Business Administrator between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on official business days. If attending the bid opening, masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines observed. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers' check, or bid bond, drawn the order of Linden Board of Education in an amount not less than ten-percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the bid.
