Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Watson, Saskatchewan. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 60-bed elderly care / assisted living facility.
Plans call for a new, 60-bed long-term care home to replace the Quill Plains Centennial Lodge in Watson. The facility will consist of four wings with 15 beds in each of the wings; common spaces (dining room, game room, meeting room, lounges, spiritual spaces, exercise rooms); support and service spaces (kitchen, food storage, reception area, staff room, manager office, laundry, house cleaning, among others); and would have available spaces for future expansion. TIMELINE: Scope of work includes replacement of the attached health centre. The owner has issued an RFP for design, build, maintenance and operation for this project. A contract is expected to be in place in 2026. Further details and project schedules may be confirmed mid-year. *Cost is undefined.
