The Work generally includes, but it is not necessarily limited to, the construction, commissioning and turn-over of an Administration Building and a Fire Pump / Generator Building constructed of tilt-panel concrete and steel, along with all associated electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural, and interiors. More particularly the work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Site works and finish Landscaping. 2. Mechanical building systems including plumbing, HVAC, Controls, Fire Protection Systems and Equipment, Fire Pump with dedicated Water Storage Tank, and Emergency Generator External Fuel Tank including piping and equipment. 3. Electrical building systems including power, lighting, cabling, fire alarm, life safety equipment, A/V conduit cabling and installation, power and data, Emergency Generator, and electric vehicle charging stations 4. Structural building systems including foundations, concrete slab-on-grade, concrete tilt-panel structural walls, concrete slab-on-metal deck, and building superstructure. 5. Civil and site work including rough and final grading, mass excavation and trenching, provision and connection of sanitary and storm water and domestic water systems, culverts, asphalt concrete paving, concrete sidewalk, electrical duct bank and connection to existing utility pole adjacent to property. 6. Architectural building systems including insulated, single -ply membrane roof system, aluminum, and tinted glass curtain wall, painted concrete tilt-panel exterior walls, metal-clad canopies, and automatic and conventional entrance systems. 7. Interior architectural works consists of doors, glass screens, partitions, ceiling systems, stairs, railings, elevator, finishes, blinds, casework, fixtures, specialties, and equipment. 8. Submit LEED documentation using the LEED Material Declaration Form provided in the Specification, and provide specific documentation as outlined in the Specification and Project Drawings.
